My book does a deep dive into each of these four components and why they are important to your success. Throughout the book, I show how they are applied in general and in specific applications. These include: relationship building, relationship cultivation, networking, and perfecting the network effect. I also show how you can use these four pillars to create referral systems that build residual business. This is important in a world where we, as professionals, are in charge of acquiring our own clients and leads.
